At MYWAY, we stand behind every bottle we ship. Our products are handcrafted food and beverage items — by nature non-returnable once delivered — but we take full responsibility for everything that leaves our hands.
01 — Damaged, Defective or Wrong Order
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
→ Email: Contact@mywayunlimited.com → Include your order number → Attach a clear photo of the issue
We will send a full replacement or issue a complete refund immediately — no questions asked, no hassle.
02 — Unopened & Unshipped Orders
Changed your mind before your order ships? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.
03 — Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at Contact@mywayunlimited.com
04 — Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
→ Opened or consumed beverage products → Products damaged after delivery → Sale items and discounted products → Gift cards
