MYWAY Unlimited sells handcrafted flavored lemonades made with real ingredients. We make every effort to accurately represent our products including descriptions, ingredients, sizing, and imagery.

All our beverages are food products. Once delivered, they are non-returnable in accordance with our Refund Policy.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. MYWAY Unlimited reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

→ All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed → MYWAY Unlimited is not liable for carrier delays or delays outside our control → Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you → We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues → Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable

SECTION 7 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy which forms part of these Terms of Service.

As a food and beverage product, MYWAY Lemonade is non-returnable once delivered. However we stand fully behind our product quality. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded in full within 48 hours of reporting.

All content on the MYWAY Unlimited website including but not limited to:

MYWAY Unlimited is powered by Shopify. However all sales and purchases are made directly with MYWAY Unlimited. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with MYWAY Unlimited.
